Reasons to love it – and reasons not to

The attentive staff made my birthday memorable with a surprise cake. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions and dining options, allowing ease of access throughout my stay.

The breakfast lacked variety and the coffee machine needs replacement. While the pool area is nice, it can feel a bit cramped due to the hotel’s limited size.

The staff were wicked friendly—like, made us feel totally at home. Our room was spacious and modern, seriously a gem in the Old Town. Lush greenery by the pool made it a perfect escape after a long day of wandering. And that breakfast? Totally can’t miss it. The only thing? Shower temp was a bit fussy sometimes.

Triple Room with Balcony offered decent space and a nice view, making downtime comfortable. Pool area, although small, provided a cozy and quaint spot to take a dip during the heat.

The internet connection was severely lacking—may as well have been on a dusty old ship in the Outer Rim. Breakfast mainly featured Thai dishes, with limited Western choices that might not satisfy everyone. Gym facilities were underwhelming, equipped with outdated machines. A hot shower felt like a luxury. you had to wait a while in cold water before warm water arrived. All in all, not the most impressive stay.

Staying at thai akara, lanna boutique hotel -sha extra plus exceeded my expectations during this relaxing spa holiday. The spacious room and complimentary minibar. The staff’s warm hospitality.

Try the unique herbal massage offered at the spa. it's an excellent way to relax after a day of exploring.

The location was perfect, allowing easy access to bars and restaurants, which was ideal for my family with children. The room was comfortable and meticulously clean, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the evening. Although the breakfast lacked variety, the healthy options presented were adequate and beautifully served. The small pool area, surrounded by gardens, was a charming spot to unwind, but the hotel’s limited size meant certain amenities felt a bit cramped at times.

Very beautiful place! Stayed 3 nights in a Triple Room with Balcony. The room had air conditioning, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a nice view from the balcony. Enjoyed the saltwater pool and had a great time at the spa facilities. Staff were super helpful with recommendations, making everything so smooth.

I recently spent 4 nights at Thai Akara, Lanna Boutique Hotel -Sha Extra Plus for work. The location was ideal for walking to the old town's highlights, and numerous dining options were nearby for evenings. My room was very clean, and the daily breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, addressing any requests promptly. The hotel also offered engaging activities for guests. Overall, it provided an excellent balance of comfort and convenience.
